Try this Breath & Gentle Movement Program to help you in your recovery from Long Covid and help with Anxiety Issues. Gently encouraged to follow the steps, see how they work for you. Do only what feels good and skip what doesn't. It's important we learn to listen to our body, instead of over-riding it. For this Program you'll need; Journal & Pencil/ Pen (I like to leave mine next to my bed) Mat or blanket to practice movement on Somewhere snug to sit and breathe You can repeat the week it will be available to you for a month.
