Dark Moon Women's Circle, we sit together, we breathe, we listen, we move, we write, we take time to pause and reflect. 

There's a time to gather, a time to loose, a time for new intentions, a time to build new foundations.... and a time to let go.

You'll need;

Your yoga mat, a blanket, snuggly socks, a journal and pen/pencil.
