LET ME MOVE YOU

Samira's teachings are lighthearted, gentle and deep,
working the inner facets of our physiology;
always with a hint of humour;
always making sure everyone feels included.
Samira speaks Fluent English, Nederlands,
Schweizer Deutsch und Deutsch.
Samira's Yoga is open to all; non-competitive form of flowing yoga movements, building strength and creating mobility to those tight and aching body parts, so that you can flow through life as one whole body perfectly imperfect.
Sometimes we move, sometimes we are still, depending on our needs.
We will always finish with a meditation, to help our busy lives.
Bring some light into your life....
Grateful to be able to share precious moments of movement, breath and meditation with you.
My motto...
Set your soul on fire.
To be wild, peaceful, considerate and free all at once,
living in these mountains,
gives me the energy I need to want to make a difference.
The global climate emergency is a cause close to my heart,
Im a part of a local sustainability group here in Engelberg, to try and raise awareness to the devastation happening
simultaneously around the world,
but particularly noticeable
on our beautiful glaciers here in Switzerland.
In my spare time
I love exploring & learning from these beautiful mountains,
to help energise or reset my nervous system.
If you are interested in resetting your nervous system please join me for a hike + yoga day/ retreat here in Engelberg.

BE the change

"BE YOURSELF
EVERYONE ELSE
IS ALREADY TAKEN"
My training began as a young girl in Amsterdam wanting to become a contemporary dancer. I worked as a professional dancer around the globe. Age 20 I discovered yoga as a means to keep my body in the best condition possible in between jobs. I've always had a keen interest in anatomy, how and why my body moves the way it does and how I can apply that to my clients. My passion for movement continues with every client I meet.
What are you waiting for?
Let me move you, on all levels.
