Samira's teachings are lighthearted, gentle and deep,

working the inner facets of our physiology;

always with a hint of humour;

always making sure everyone feels included.

Samira speaks Fluent English, Nederlands,

Samira's Yoga is open to all; non-competitive form of flowing yoga movements, building strength and creating mobility to those tight and aching body parts, so that you can flow through life as one whole body perfectly imperfect.

My training began as a young girl in Amsterdam wanting to become a contemporary dancer. I worked as a professional dancer around the globe.

Age 20 I discovered yoga as a means to keep my body in the best condition possible in between jobs.

I've always had a keen interest in anatomy, how and why my body moves

the way it does

and how I can apply that to my clients.

My passion for movement continues with every client I meet.

What are you waiting for?

Let me move you, on all levels.
