Harvest Retreat

A long weekend to gather together and harvest all that we can pick, but also symbolically speaking in the form of meditation and beginning an enquiry within. 

Yoga, hiking and relaxation are part of the programme, as well as delicious locally sourced food and a chance to work in a group format on questions that arise in our daily life, that we normally spend too little time contemplating... 

Finding inspiration through listening to each other and inspiring one another to become more creative and lead a more fulfilling life. You'll be staying at Hotel Hoheneck...Our favourite hotel in the centre of town, it is one of the oldest hotels here, with lots of charm and quirky details, the beds are comfy and cosy and the staff very friendly, you'll have a very enjoyable time with plenty of space to retreat yourself back, if you need some time to yourself.
