about the event
You'll arrive on Friday night at Hotel Ski Lodge, where you'll be staying. From 8-9pm we will have an introduction in the studio, where you will be invited to set an intention for the weekend.
On Saturday morning we will start with a yoga class also held in the studio ( 5 min walk from your hotel), then breakfast followed with a hike and nature immersion, to help you connect back to your own inner nature.
We will finish the day with a more restorative session before we have a delicious 3 course meal cooked for us by the amazing chefs from Ski Lodge.
On Sunday you get to have a lie in and will do a yoga session to finish around 11-13.00 where we say goodbye to each other, but you are welcome to explore the mountains and or Engelberg-village.
