Moving, breathing, exploring, taking in, as well as unravelling and undoing are all part of your menu this weekend.
Spend the weekend with us in the most exquisite settings; on the side of the Brunni mountain over looking Engelberg.
We will be staying at Villa Hundert a place of wellbeing and your temporary home away from home, where Christian Brangen and his team will take care of you.
During the day we will get you moving physically through mobilising sequences, stunning walk and talks, through journaling and restful practices that help you feel grounded and free.
In the afternoon and evening we will be guiding you mentally + emotionally with unique breath meditations and deep relaxations to help calm and soothe the nervous system.
The Chefs at Villa Hundert will create a delicious tasting menu for us on Saturday night with some serious seasonal and harmonious flavours. In the evenings, we will sit by the fire with cups of tea and allow ourselves to be.
THE SCHEDULE
Saturday arrival 9am on Saturday @ Engelberg Bahnhof, from there we will take you up to the Villa and get the retreat started with a beautiful walk and talk, an afternoon of un/doing yoga meditation relaxation and finishing the day off with Villa Hundert's signature tasting menu and chats around the fire.
Sunday will include, a gentle, mobilising and invigorating yoga practice with Samira, a delicious breakfast, enjoying the views whilst walking, a deep relaxation (neck and shoulder massage included) and a grounding meditation to finish of the retreat to have you in tip top shape for the week ahead. The retreat will end just before 4pm so you can get the 4pm train back.
Schedule is weather depending, be prepared for small changes.
It would be possible for you to arrive on Friday or stay an extra night on Sunday, do let us know so we can book you in for some extra time at the Villa, this will then be charged seperately.
